My wife and I recently moved to TN. We were looking at a lot that was for sale to build our forever home on. We talked to some friends who recommended Fred Taylor, as a real estate agent. from past experience with him. Our friends had told us that they were very pleased with Fred when he helped them purchase their home a few years prior.

We contacted Fred and he immediately took the ball and ran with it. He checked into all the background information on the lot we had our eye on. He got a septic permit approved, gave us his expertise on where a good place would be to start with an offer.

Fred's energy and guidance throughout the process was fantastic. After negotiating a great price, he also recommended a closing agent and assisted us throughout the purchase process from start to finish.

However, it did not end there. We had to get a water line run a bit further down the road to accommodate our new home. There was a management change at the water utility right after our purchase. This caused some confusion between us and what was discussed with the previous management at the water utility. Fred Was right there to assist and was instrumental in helping us to convince the new management at the water utility to run a line to our new home. He knew exactly what had to be done and who to talk to get it done! Fred spent many hours to help us negotiate and get a positive outcome. Fred was great and was more than willing to get involved and spend the time and energy, even though the sale had been completed, to make sure we were totally satisfied and that all items ended positively.
