Hi, I'm Fred!

Born and raised in the town of White Pine, Tennessee, Fred Taylor has dedicated his life to serving and improving his community. He is a proud graduate of Leadership Jefferson County and has made significant contributions through various leadership roles.


With a strong commitment to civic engagement, Fred has served on the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and was honored with the Chairman's Volunteer of the Year award. His dedication extends to the Lakeway Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors, where he served as a key member.


For over 20 years, Fred has volunteered with Christmas Jefferson County, bringing joy and support to the community during the holiday season. His service also includes over two decades with the Volunteer Fire Department, ensuring the safety and well-being of his neighbors.


He served 22 years on the Town Council of White Pine as Alderman, prior to being elected as Town Mayor for 4 years. He also served on the Town of White Pine regional Planning Commission. Fred has played a pivotal role in shaping the future of White Pine.


His extensive experience in the real estate business, working with first-time home buyers, family estates, developers and home builders, he has further contributed to the growth and development of the Lakeway Area.


Fred's unwavering dedication to his community and professional excellence makes him a respected and influential figure in the Lakeway Area.
